There are many other books I can recommend to you and I will, in the future. But these first two books are a good place to start.

#1 – Conversations with God by Neal Donald Walsch

This book is a classic in my mind. The Author, Neale Donald Walsch, wrote this autobiographical novel and it may change your life. This book is a sequence of books, however, start with the first one and there is so much beauty within the first book. You’ll either feel fulfilled, validated, and amazed by the first book or the book will spark up curiosity in you and further listen to the second and third books.

In the midst of my chaos of feeling lost, this book came to me as a validation of what I had already thought to believe.  This book covers all sorts of unconscious and conscious  questions we may have in regards to God and his creations.

Not to spoil the book, here are some of my favorite quotes from the book that can give you a greater picture of the books narrative without truly spoiling it’s wonderful delivery of its wisdom.

“Be a gift to everyone who enters your life, and to everyone whose life you enter. Be careful not to enter another’s life if you cannot be a gift.”

Neale Donald Walsch, The Complete Conversations with God

“Pain results from a judgment you have made about a thing. Remove the judgment and the pain disappears.”

Neale Donald Walsch, The Complete Conversations with God

“Religion asks you to learn from the experience of others. Spirituality urges you to seek your own.”

Neale Donald Walsch, The Complete Conversations with God

“A life lived by choice is a life of conscious action. A life lived by chance is a life of unconscious reaction.”

Neale Donald Walsch, The Complete Conversations with God

“Say your truth—kindly, but fully and completely. Live your truth, gently, but totally and consistently. Change your truth easily and quickly when your experience brings you new clarity.”

Neale Donald Walsch, The Complete Conversations with God

“In this way, feelings can be tricky. Feelings are the language of the soul, but you must make sure you are listening to your true feelings and not some counterfeit model constructed in your mind.”

“People have a right to basic survival. Even if they do nothing. Even if they contribute nothing. Survival with dignity is one of the basic rights of life. I have given you enough resources to be able to guarantee that to everyone. All you have to do is share.”

Neale Donald Walsch, The Complete Conversations with God

“In fact, you place so little value on experience that when what you experience of God differs from what you’ve heard of God, you automatically discard the experience and own the words, when it should be just the other way around.”

Neale Donald Walsch, The Complete Conversations with God

“If you spend your time trying to figure out what’s “best” for you, your choices will be cautious, your decisions will take forever, and your journey will be launched on a sea of expectations. If you are not careful, you will drown in your expectations.”

Neale Donald Walsch, The Complete Conversations with God

“Remember this: It is not nearly so important how well a message is received as how well it is sent.”

Neale Donald Walsch, The Complete Conversations with God

What beautiful words explain in such plain matter.  Conversation With God by Neale Donald Walsch, covers a lot of corners and nooks regarding God and his creation to which has been such a gray area for many.

So when you are seeking more meaning for your life, looking to add greater depth to your existence and to gain greater perspective and peace within yourself, this book is a great read. Keep in mind this book can also be found in audiobook.

#2 The Seat Of The Soul by Gary Zukav

The Seat of the soul encourages and empowers you to become the authority in your own life.  Also, it will help you understand the authority you have in your life. It guides you to be more mindful of your intentions, and greater awareness of your thoughts and actions. This book will change the way you see the world, interact with other people and understand your own actions and motivations.

I personally love this book and has gifted this book to many of my friends and family. I do believe everyone can learn a thing or more from this book.  This book empowered my awareness and helped me be more mindful of my thoughts and intentions. And I truly believe, it can help you as well.

I found this to be an eye-opener on why my life is where it is at and how I got here. This book helped me recognize my unconscious thoughts and intentions that lead me to a rather unfulfilled life. This book helped me understand where my free will lies in this world and in my life. With this knowledge from the book, I have been able to align myself better to what my heart desires and to have a fulfilling experience of life.

Here are some wonderful quotes from the book that can help you get a greater sense of how informative and enlightening this book is.

“For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. You receive from the world what you give to the world.”

Gary Zukav, The Seat of the Soul

“The decisions that you make and the actions that you take upon the Earth are the means by which you evolve. At each moment you choose the intentions that will shape your experiences and those things upon which you will focus your attention. These choices affect your evolutionary process. This is so for each person.”

Gary Zukav, The Seat of the Soul

“The remedy for an absence is a presence. Evil is an absence and, therefore, it cannot be healed with an absence. By hating evil, or one who is engaged in evil, you contribute to the absence of Light and not to its presence. Hatred of evil does not diminish evil, it increases it.”

Gary Zukav, The Seat of the Soul

“Every action, thought, and feeling is motivated by an intention, and that intention is a cause that exists as one with an effect.”

Gary Zukav, The Seat of the Soul

“One thing we can be certain: A person that is engaging in violence is hurting deeply, because a healthy and balanced soul is incapable of harming another.”

Gary Zukav, The Seat of the Soul

“We can be kind, generous, just, courteous, and merciful sporadically, but to display those virtues, consistently, calls for an enormous display of courage.”

Gary Zukav, The Seat of the Soul

“Non-judgmental justice is a perception that allows you to see everything in life, but does not engage your negative emotions.”

Gary Zukav, The Seat of the Soul

“Passion or Addiction? Make a list of your daily”

Gary Zukav, The Seat of the Soul

”External power is the ability to manipulate and control. Authentic power is the alignment of the personality with the soul.”

Gary Zukav, The Seat of the Soul

”Morality is a human creation. The Universe does not judge.”

Gary Zukav, The Seat of the Soul

This book definitely speaks of a Higher power, God or Source as a non-judgemental entity and a life centered in love. This book clearly explains that every action has an intention. That even not acting and not speaking are actions, and each has an intention and an effect.

Being mindful and aware of these ancient knowledge written in the book of The Seat of the Soul can help you create authentic power and knowing how to create authentic power within your life is like owning a treasure map. It will help you create and have the kind of relationship that your heart yearns for.
